【摘要】 思政教育必须贯穿理论课教学全过程，促使学生养成良好的学习习惯和积极的学习态度，培养学生实事求是的科学态度和团结合作精神，培养学生最基础的创新意识与创新能力，提高其心理素质，使学生以积极严谨的态度解决学习过程中遇到的问题，促使学生养成探索的习惯，以保证学生全面发展，提升自身的思想道德水平，成为高素质人才。以生物化学“核苷酸代谢”教学内容为例，从课程思政融入教学的整体设计思路、教学内容思政教学点、教学效果和教师感悟等方面进行了简要介绍，取得了一定的教学效果，希望为其他学科的课程思政融入提供一定的帮助和指导作用。更多还原

【Abstract】 Ideological and political education must run through the whole process of theoretical teaching,promote students’ desirable study habits and positive learning attitudes, cultivate their scientific attitude of seeking truth from facts and the spirit of solidarity and cooperation, and cultivate their innovative ability and awareness and improve their psychological quality, which could effectively adapt their ability of solving problems encountered in the learning process with a positive and rigorous attitude, promote students to develop the habit of exploration,so as to ensure the all-round development and promotion of their ideological and moral level. This article uses metabolism of nucleotides in biochemistry as an example, and briefly introduces the overall design ideas of curriculum ideology and politics integration into teaching, ideological and political teaching points, teaching effects and teacher perceptions, and has achieved certain effect.
