【摘要】 从研究生导师在研究生创新能力培养中的指导内容、指导时间及频率、导师自身能力等方面，分析了目前我国研究生导师在研究生创新能力培养过程中的作用及存在的主要问题，并分析了这些因素对研究生创新能力形成的影响。针对这些问题和因素，分别在指导内容、指导时间及频率、导师自身业务能力和职业素养能力等方面提出了导师在研究生创新能力培养过程中的作用的建议和启示。同时，对于研究生本身在创新能力提高过程中的作用，给出了相应的建议，为研究生创新能力培养提供了一定的指导。更多还原

【Abstract】 This study points out the main problems and function of supervisor during graduate students’ innovation ability cultivation based on the supervisor guidance content, duration, frequency, and the supervisor’s professional competence. The effects of the above factors on the improvement of graduate students’ innovation ability were analyzed. Against these problems, the suggestion and comments from the guidance content, duration and frequency, the professional competence of supervisor were proposed for the supervisor. Meanwhile, the suggestions for the graduate students themselves were also provided. This study will guide the graduate students’ innovation alibility cultivation.更多还原
