来华留学生“口腔科学”全英线上课堂学习的研究
Research of Online Learning of Stomatology in English for International Students
【摘要】 调查来华留学生线上学习状态,为优化线上教学提供参考。通过自编问卷,收集220名来华留学生网课参与度、理解程度及课堂评价等数据,进行描述性统计分析。结果显示,220名来华留学生经常参与网课互动的占63.64%,能完全理解课堂内容的占52.27%,认为课程安排合理的占90.91%,对“口腔科学”课程满意的占67.73%,课程及格率为99.09%,平均分为87.2分,但有69.09%的学生认为网课降低了学习效率。网课基本保证了来华留学生课业正常,但学生课后复习时间变长,课堂参与度和学习专注度不足,学习效率变低。以问题为导向的互动式教学为主,增加网课有效互动频率,丰富和新颖化网课教学资源和方式,强化授课教师英语培训;提供充足学习资料,提高课堂效果。
【Abstract】 To study the online learning status of international students and provide reference to optimize teaching, 220 oversea students were collected to fill in the self-designed questionnaire at the end of the course.Descriptive statistics was used for analysis. Among the 220 international students, 63.64% often participated in online classroom interaction, 52.27% understood all, 90.91% thought the course arrangement was reasonable,67.73% were satisfied with the course of Stomatology, the passing rate of final exam was 99.09%, the average score was 87.2. But 69.09% thought the online course reduced their learning efficiency. It shows that online classes can basically ensure the normal study of international students, and the final exam scores are not greatly affected.But more attention should be paid on the problems of insufficient participation and concentration and low learning efficiency. It is suggested to focus on problem-oriented interactive teaching to increase the frequency of effective interaction, strengthen teachers’ English training, provide international students with more sufficient learning materials to improve the course effects.
