高校光电专业特色人才培养模式探索与实践——以湖南科技大学为例

【摘要】 在新工科建设背景下,湖南科技大学光电信息科学与工程专业以发展地方高校特色型本科专业为办学思路,以培养具有高尚思想品德、扎实理论基础、优良的工程实践能力和创新能力的应用型人才为目标,探索和实践了服务湖南省和珠三角地区智能硬件制造产业发展需求的人才培养模式。经过实践,切实提高了人才培养质量,招生人数、毕业生深造率、就业率以及在省级以上的竞赛中获奖等方面都取得了优异的成绩,并实现了学科与专业的协同发展。

【Abstract】 Under the background of the construction of new engineering disciplines, the Optoelectronic Information Science and Engineering major at Hunan University of Science and Technology adopts the educational philosophy of developing characteristic undergraduate majors in local universities. It aims to cultivate applied talents with noble ideological and moral qualities, solid theoretical foundations, excellent engineering practical abilities, and innovation capabilities. The major explores and practices talent cultivation models that serve the development needs of the intelligent hardware manufacturing industry in Hunan Province and the Pearl River Delta region. Through practice, the major has effectively improved the quality of talent cultivation, achieved outstanding results in enrollment, postgraduate entrance rate, employment rate, and competition awards, and realized the coordinated development of disciplines and majors.
