【Abstract】 Materialist dialectics is a world outlook and methodology of Marxist philosophy, which reveals the general law of the development of nature, human society and human thinking. Immunology is an important basic course of medical education. Its theoretical teaching is rich in content and materials with philosophical thinking.Grasping and utilizing the basic principles and methods of materialist dialectics and applying them to medical immunology teaching are helpful to cultivate students’ dialectical philosophical accomplishment and dialectical thinking, improve their scientific innovation ability and clinical thinking ability, and subtly carry out the education of world outlook, outlook on life and values.
