科教融合背景下创新人才培养模式研究

【摘要】 针对国家对创新人才培养的需求,结合中北大学人才培养的特色,分析了科教融合教学方法对创新人才培养的重要性,论述了中北大学科教融合具备的优势,以及中北大学教师、学生在科教融合过程中所存在的问题,并在此基础上提出了教师、学生如何将科研与教学有机融合,实现“寓教于研、科教融合”,从而充分发挥科教融合的作用,更好地加强学生的创新意识、实践能力和社会责任感,为国家培养适应国家创新发展的战略人才奠定基础。

【Abstract】 In view of the national demand for the cultivation of innovative talents, combined with the characteristics of the cultivation of talents in North University of China, this paper analyzes the importance of the integrated teaching method of science and education for the cultivation of innovative talents, discusses the advantages of the integration of science and education in North University of China, and the problems existing in the process of the integration of science and education in North University of China. On this basis, it puts forward how teachers and students can organically integrate scientific research and teaching to realize the method of “teaching through lively education and the integration of science and education”, so as to give full play to the role of the integration of science and education, better strengthen the students’ innovation consciousness, practical ability and social responsibility, and lay a foundation for the country to train strategic talents to adapt to the national innovation and development.
