“岗课赛证”融合育人背景下的“仪器分析”教学改革

【摘要】 “仪器分析”课程主要培养学生应用仪器分析技术对食品中的质量安全指标进行检测分析的综合技能,具有测定原理抽象、操作流程复杂等特点,高职学生在学习过程中存在一定的困难。为提高教学效果,课程团队融合“岗课赛证”,优化教学内容;整合优质教学资源,解决重点难点。借助视频动画、虚拟仿真,以“学赛融合”的方式探索实施“岗课赛证”融合育人路径,一体化培养能从事食品质量安全分析检测与管理等工作的高素质技术技能人才。

【Abstract】 The course of Instrument Analysis mainly trains students to analyze the comprehensive skills of the quality and safety indicators of food, which has the characteristics of abstract determination principle and complex operation process. There are some difficulties in the learning process of higher vocational students. In order to improve the teaching effect, the course team integrates the “post-course-competition-certificate” to optimize the teaching content; integrates the high-quality teaching resources to solve the key and difficult points. With the help of video animation and virtual simulation, the company explores and implements the integrated education path of “post-course-competition-certificate” in the way of “learning and competition integration”, and can jointly cultivate high-quality technical talents who can be engaged in food quality and safety analysis, testing and management.
