【Abstract】 The evaluation of postgraduates’ academic level is an important part of the evaluation of postgraduate education quality, which has a strong diagnostic and guidance for “impart knowledge and educate people”. This paper discusses a diversified evaluation system of postgraduates’ academic level. By improving the result evaluation, strengthening the process evaluation, and exploring value-added evaluation, the disadvantages of “emphasizing academic, neglecting education”, “emphasizing quantity, neglecting quality”, and “emphasizing results, neglecting process” in the past postgraduates’ academic evaluation can be overcome.
