【摘要】 工业互联网是新一代信息技术和制造业融合的产物，工业互联网人才的培养成为保障产业高速发展的先决条件。根据工业互联网行业发展现状和技术多层次演进的路线，工业互联网人才培养的关键在于四个方面：（1）构建工业互联网框架下分层次分领域人才培养思路；（2）量化人才培养，分学位在高校设立数字化能力证书项目；（3）生态集聚，形成多方资源联动的人才培养生态，构建校企师资双向流动机制；（4）地方可引入“灯塔工厂”等项目，打造区域创新综合体，培养国际人才。更多还原

【Abstract】 The Industrial Internet is the product of the integration of a new generation of information technology and manufacturing, and the cultivation of Industrial Internet talents has become a prerequisite for ensuring the rapid development of the industry. Based on the development status of the Industrial Internet and the route of multi-level evolution of technology, the key to the cultivation of Industrial Internet talents has 4 factors:(1)Construct the idea of talent training in different levels and fields under the framework of Industrial Internet.(2) Set up digital competency certificate programs in universities by degree.(3)Aggregate ecology: form a talent training ecology with multi-party resource linkage, and build a two-way flow mechanism for teachers between enterprise and university.(4)Localities can introduce projects such as “Lighthouse Factory” to create regional innovation complexes and cultivate international talents.更多还原
