【摘要】 在全面加强大学生创新实践能力和创新创业精神的推动下，根据网络空间安全领域人才需求及创新实践能力在安全类专业人才培养中的重要地位，探知创新与实践能力内涵，以学生项目为引导重构实践能力培养过程。根据当前在学生创新与实践能力培养方面的实际，将培养现状中孤岛状的模块与内容重新整合，形成“四段一体”、“V”形结构的实践育人新体系，探索将实践能力训练与专业培养方案进度相融合，注重能力获取，并以学科竞赛为驱动的全过程实践育人新模式，全面提升学生创新与实践能力和综合素质，并且在学生就业和学科竞赛中取得成效。更多还原

【Abstract】 Driven by strengthening the practical ability and innovative spirit of college students, this work explores the cultivating of innovative and practical ability and reconstructed the training process of practical ability according to the demand of cyber space security human resource and the importance of innovative practical ability in cyber security professionals. Considering the current reality of students’ practical ability cultivation, the various isolated teaching pattern is re-integrated into a new four-in-one practical scheme, which refers a V-shaped structure. This scheme is integrated with the progress of the teaching program, and takes the discipline competition as the drive of the whole process of practical education, so as to comprehensively improve students’ innovative and practical ability and comprehensive quality and receive good effects in the student employment and discipline competition.更多还原
