【摘要】 近几年，学校坚持提高学生综合素质，以加强学生思想政治素质教育为核心，逐步完善德育工作运行机制，实现学校主导的全方位育人、院系主导的全过程育人和教师主导的全员育人。阐述“三全育人”内涵与新时代民航院校开展育人工作的内在联系，从加强顶层设计、创新教学模式、强化师德师风建设及营造良好环境等方面，积极探索新形势下大学生育人工作新途径、新方法。不断提升人才培养的针对性和实效性，形成了具有民航院校特色的“三全育人”德育模式，切实把育人贯穿于教育教学各环节，全面推进了中国民用航空飞行学院学生思想政治教育工作。更多还原

【Abstract】 In recent years, colleges and universities insists on improving the students’ comprehensive quality,with strengthening the students’ ideological and political quality education as the core, gradually improve the operation mechanism of moral education work to achieve the school-whole-round education, department-led whole-process education and teacher-led whole-staff education. The paper expounds the connotation of “three-wide education” and the internal connection of civil aviation universities in the new era, from the aspects of strengthening top-level design, innovating teaching mode, strengthening the construction of teachers’ ethics, and creating a good environment, actively explores new ways and new methods of college student education under the new situation.Pertinence and effectiveness are constantly improved it has formed, formed the moral education mode of “three-wide education” with the characteristics of civil aviation colleges, so as to make educating talents run through all aspects of education and teaching.
