【摘要】 探讨基于CDIO模式的岗位胜任力导向性能级提升培训体系的应用效果。基于CDIO模式运用文献研究法、专家访谈法、德尔菲法和学员访谈法构建岗位胜任力导向性能级提升培训体系，并对该培训体系进行成效分析。全院护理人员理论知识水平和规培护士核心能力得到提高，护士对培训体系满意度提高，且取得了良好的临床护理成效。基于CDIO模式的岗位胜任力导向性能级提升培训体系，有利于实现护士培训的科学化、规范化和系统化管理。更多还原

【Abstract】 To explore the application effect of CDIO mode based job competency oriented upgrading training system, based on CDIO mode, literature research method, expert interview method, Delphi method and student interview method were used to construct the post competence-oriented upgrading training system, and the effectiveness of the training system was analyzed. The theoretical knowledge level of nursing staff and the core competence of nurses were improved, and the satisfaction of nurses to the training system was improved, and good clinical nursing effect was achieved.
