【摘要】 随着“一带一路”倡议持续推进，其共建国家大量土木工程项目的投入修建对国际化人才的需求与日俱增，中国逐渐成为外国留学生心中的热门留学国度。西部地区高校因其地区优势，近年来接收共建“一带一路”国家来华留学生人数稳步上升。以西部某高校土木工程学院为例，通过回顾土木工程学院来华留学生的招生历史，讨论来华留学生培养模式现状，分析留学生招生与培养存在的问题，并探索解决当前问题的办法和途径，以期为西部地区高校招收和培养来华留学生带来有益探索并提供事实论据。更多还原

【Abstract】 With the continuous development of “the Belt and Road Initiative”, the large number of civil engineering projects along the “Belt and Road” has increased the demand for internationalized talents. Because of its regional advantages, universities in Western China have steadily increased the number of students coming to China along the “Belt one Road” in recent years. Taking a college of civil engineering in a Western University as an example, this paper reviews the history of the enrollment of foreign students in the College of Civil Engineering,discusses the current situation of the training mode of foreign students in China, analyzes the problems existing in the enrollment and training of foreign students, and explores ways to solve the current problems, in order to bring beneficial exploration and provide factual evidence for the enrollment and training of foreign students in western universities.更多还原
