【Abstract】 As a professional foundation course of higher engineering courses, Engineering Drawing needs to play its synergistic education role by cleverly designing and integrating ideological and political education cases.In this paper, based on the analysis of characteristics of Engineering Drawing course, combined with the necessity of designing ideological and political education cases in Engineering Drawing course, the methods of incorporating ideological and political concept in the teaching process are designed for chapters of the Engineering Drawing course. In the background of national strategy, according to the content of the course, it effectively integrates the national culture, aerospace spirit, innovation spirit, craftsmanship, professional ethics and other ideological and political education elements, which enhances students’ national pride and professionalism, cultivates students’ innovation spirit and craftsmanship.
