冲击载荷条件下的结构应力及可靠性建模
Modeling of structural stress and reliability under impact load
【摘要】 提出了一种基于能量法计算冲击载荷条件下结构可靠度的新方法。利用该方法,首先分析假设冲击载荷信号的波形形式,给出冲击载荷信号的时域表达式,在能量守恒的基础上,由帕斯瓦尔定理计算冲击载荷作用在结构上的能量大小,计算冲击载荷使结构产生应力的表达式,基于应力强度干涉模型推导出冲击载荷条件下的结构可靠度模型,并通过具体算例对所建模型的有效性进行验证和分析。结果表明,该模型能有效计算结构的可靠度,对冲击载荷作用下的机械结构可靠性分析具有一定的指导意义。
【Abstract】 A new method for calculating structural reliability under impact loading based on the energy method is proposed. Using this method, the waveform form of the assumed impact load signal is firstly analyzed, and the time domain expression of the impact load signal is given. On the basis of energy conservation, Parseval’s theorem is used to calculate the energy of the impact load on the structure, and the stress expression of the structure caused by the impact load is calculated. Based on the stress intensity interference model, the structural reliability model under the impact load condition is derived, and the validity of the model is verified and analyzed by a specific example. The results show that the model can effectively calculate the reliability of the structure, and has certain guiding significance for the reliability analysis of mechanical structure under impact load.
