基于模型预测控制的固体火箭发动机多阀协同控制方法
Multi-valve Cooperative Control Method of Solid Rocket Motor Based on Model Predictive Control
【摘要】 为实现固体火箭发动机推力的快速、精确调节,提出一种基于模型预测控制的多燃气阀协同控制方法。该方法基于发动机推力的单增量模型预测发动机推力的跟踪误差,考虑燃气阀的开度范围约束,通过滚动时域优化求解各燃气阀的参考速度。相比于现有方法,所提方法根据燃气阀开度反馈实时修正参考速度,实现了发动机推力的闭环控制,有效抑制了扰动对多阀协同控制性能的影响。此外,该方法较现有方法可以实现更大的推力调节范围。最后,基于多燃气阀协同控制实验平台验证了所提方法的可行性和有效性。
【Abstract】 In order to achieve rapid and accurate thrust regulation of solid rocket motor, a multi-valve cooperative control method based on model predictive control is proposed in this paper.This method is based on the single increment model of engine thrust to predict the engine thrust tracking error, considering the opening range constraints of gas valves, and solving the reference speed of each gas valve through the rolling time domain optimization.Compared with the existing methods, the proposed method modifies the reference speed in real time according to the feedback of gas valve opening, realizes the closed-loop control of engine thrust, and effectively inhibits the influence of disturbance on the performance of multi-valve cooperative control.In addition, this method can achieve a larger thrust adjustment range than the existing methods.Finally, the feasibility and effectiveness of the proposed method are verified on the experimental platform of multi-gas valve cooperative control.
