【摘要】 目的 探讨微视频结合情景模拟教学法在医学检验岗位胜任力培养中的应用效果。方法 2022年2—6月，选取郑州澍青医学高等专科学校2021级医学检验技术专业162名学生为研究对象，随机分为试验组（n=81）和对照组（n=81）。在微生物学检验实验教学中，试验组实施微视频结合情景模拟教学法，对照组采用传统实践教学模式。教学结束后通过技能考核和岗位胜任力评价，对比2组教学效果。结果 试验组在基础性实验、综合性实验及设计性实验项目的考核成绩分别为（92.30±4.95）分、（90.05±5.87）分、（88.48±7.25）分，高于对照组的（85.02±7.47）分、（80.45±5.69）分、（74.91±9.04）分，差异有统计学意义（P <0.001）。岗位胜任力自我评价结果显示，试验组学生各项能力评价得分均高于对照组，差异有统计学意义（P <0.05）。结论 微视频结合情景模拟教学法显著提升了教学效果和学生的岗位胜任力，为其他专业课程改革提供了范式。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective To explore the effect of micro-video combined with situational simulation teaching method in the development of medical laboratory post competency.Methods From February to June 2022, a total of 162students majoring in medical laboratory technology of grade 2021 in Zhengzhou Shuqing Medical College were selected as the research objects, and randomly divided into experimental group(n=81) and control group(n=81).The experimental group was implemented micro-video combined with situational simulation teaching method in the practical teaching of microbiology laboratory,while the control group was implemented the traditional teaching method. After the teaching, the teaching effect of the 2 groups was compared by means of skill assessment and job competency evaluation. Results The test scores of experimental group in basic experiment,comprehensive experiment and design experiment were(92.30±4.95) points,(90.05±5.87) points and(88.48±7.25)points, respectively, which were higher than the scores of the control group, which were(85.02±7.47) points,(80.45±5.69) points and(74.91±9.04) points. There were statistically differences in the scores between the two groups(P<0.001). The results of post competency selfevaluation showed that the scores of the experimental group were higher than those of the control group, and the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion Micro-video and situational simulation teaching method promotes the teaching effect and students’ post competency significantly, providing reference for the teaching reform of other specialized courses.更多还原
