【摘要】 耳鼻咽喉头颈外科学是一门专科性、复杂性、实践性都很强的学科，作为医学院校开设的必修课，其教学目标是让医学生熟悉掌握耳鼻咽喉头颈外科的基本理论、基础知识、基本技能操作。耳鼻咽喉头颈外科见习需要学生将基础知识与临床医学相结合，对常见病、多发病有初步认识。传统耳鼻咽喉头颈外科见习仍以教师按照授课内容讲解为主，学生被动接受，缺乏主动思考及积极动手操作，难以将教科书上的理论知识应用于临床，教学效果欠佳。小规模限制性在线课程（small private online courses,SPOC）联合翻转课堂是一种新型教学模式，将其应用于耳鼻咽喉头颈外科见习中，有利于发挥学生的主体作用，增强学生的积极性，从而提高学生的学习效率和教师的教学效率，为将来培养合格、优秀的耳鼻咽喉头颈外科医生奠定夯实的基础。更多还原

【Abstract】 Department of otolaryngology head and neck surgery is a specialized, complex and practical subject,as a compulsory course offered by medical colleges and university, its teaching goal is to familiarize medical students with the basic theories, basic knowledge and basic skills of department of otolaryngology head and neck surgery. The clinical novitiate of department of otolaryngology head and neck surgery need to combine theoretical knowledge with clinical practice, and have a preliminary understanding and familiarity with common diseases. The traditional internship of department of otolaryngology head and neck surgery is still mainly explained by teachers according to the teaching plan, students passively accept, lack active thinking and active hands-on operation, it is difficult for them to apply the theoretical knowledge of textbooks into clinical practice, and the final teaching effect is not good.Small private online courses(SPOC) and flipped class model is a new type of teaching mode, it will be applied to department of otolaryngology head and neck surgery clinical internship, which can play the main role of students,and enhance the students′enthusiasm, thus improving the students′ learning efficiency and teachers′ teaching efficiency can lay a solid foundation for cultivating qualified and excellent department of otolaryngology head and neck surgeons in the future.更多还原
