【摘要】 随着医疗体制改革的不断深入，医院药师的工作职能从原先的药品保障向以患者为中心的药学综合服务转变。作为药学专业实习生的主要实习岗位之一，医院药房实习工作仍以药品调剂为主，且各医院带教水平参差不齐且整体滞后，如何帮助实习生树立正确职业价值观，提高药学服务技能已经迫在眉睫。文章主要阐述了现阶段医院药房实习存在诸如学生积极性较低、思政教育相对不足、教学计划和目标不清晰、考核标准和评价体系缺失等问题。结合当前医院实习教学现状，提出构建健康中国视阈下以药学服务为中心的实习教学模式，通过明确教学目标、实行多元化考核、强化思政教育，树立科学价值观，加强职业培训，培养药学服务能力等方面，从实习生岗前教育、处方调配、处方审核、用药指导、医患沟通及药品管理等进行培训，让实习生更好地将专业知识转变成职业技能和岗位胜任力，提高实习生药学服务技能，提高实习教学效果。更多还原

【Abstract】 With the deepening of the reform of medical system,the work function of hospital pharmacists has changed from the original drug guarantee to the patientcentered pharmacy comprehensive service.As one of the main internship positions for pharmaceutical interns,the internship work in hospital pharmacy still focuses on drug dispensing,and the teaching level of each hospital is uneven and lagging behind.How to help interns establish correct professional values and improve pharmaceutical care skills has become an urgent task.This paper mainly expounds the problems existing in hospital pharmacy practice at this stage,such as the low enthusiasm of students,the relative lack of ideological and political education,the unclear teaching plan and goal,the lack of assessment standards and evaluation system.Combined with the current situation of hospital practice teaching,this paper proposes to construct a practice teaching mode centering on pharmaceutical care from the perspective of Healthy China.Through clarifying teaching objectives,implementing diversified assessment,strengthening ideological and political education,establishing scientific values,strengthening vocational training,and cultivating pharmaceutical care ability,the author proposes to construct a practice teaching mode centering on pharmaceutical care.Training is provided for interns from pre-job education,prescription allocation,prescription review,medication guidance,doctorpatient communication and drug management,so that interns can better transform professional knowledge into vocational skills and post competency,improve internship pharmacognosy service skills,and improve internship teaching effect.更多还原
