【摘要】 目的 探讨互联网背景下翻转课堂教学在妇产科临床技能教学中的应用效果。方法 选取2022年7-10月参加大连大学中山临床学院本科临床技能培训的2018级临床医学专业本科实习生63名，随机分为研究组和对照组，研究组31名，对照组32名，分别采用互联网下翻转课堂教学和传统技能培训教学方法，培训结束后，通过技能考核及学生学习满意度调查问卷对教学效果进行评估。结果 研究组学生在“妇科检查”和“四步触诊”2项技能考核成绩均高于对照组，差异有统计学意义（P<0.05）。研究组学生在“授课过程中，得到教师一对一指导，纠正操作过程中的细节错误”“便于移动学习、利用碎片时间学习和及时巩固复习”“提升技能学习效果”3个方面的满意度高于对照组，差异有统计学意义（P<0.05）。结论 将互联网背景下翻转课堂应用在妇产科临床技能教学中可取得良好的教学效果。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective To explore the effect of flipped classroom teaching method in obstetrics and gynecology clinical skills teaching under the background of Internet.Methods A total of 63 undergraduate interns majoring in clinical medicine who participated in undergraduate clinical skills training at Zhongshan Clinical College of Dalian University from July to October 2022 were randomly divided into a study group and a control group, with 31 undergraduate interns in the study group and 32 in the control group. The teaching methods were flipped classroom teaching under the Internet and traditional skills training,respectively. After the training, the teaching effectiveness was evaluated through skill assessment and student learning satisfaction survey questionnaire. Results The scores of the two clinical skills "gynecological examination" and "fourstep palpation" in the study group were higher than those in the control group, and the differences was statistically significant(P<0.05). Students in the study group had higher satisfaction than those in the control group in the 3aspects of "getting one-to-one guidance from the teacher in the teaching process, correcting the detailed errors in the operation process" "facilitating mobile learning, using fragmented time for learning and timely consolidation and review" and "improving the learning effect of skills", the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05). Conclusion Flipped classroom teaching method under the background of Internet has good teaching effect in obstetrics and gynecology clinical skills teaching.更多还原
