【摘要】 《药事管理学》教学内容繁杂、实效性强，致使教学中面临很多困难。构建多维实践教学方式，创设丰富教学情境，打造体验式学习过程，增强学生学习主动性，让学生在实践中感知、应用和创新，可强化教学成效，这也是《药事管理学》教学改革的关键。从“扎实构建实践课程体系模块、创新改革实践教学多元方法、联合各主体以强化实践育人”三个方面出发，构建《药事管理学》多维实践教学方式，然后结合问卷调查数据统计的方式，考察评测《药事管理学》多维实践教学的应用效果，以期为广大教师同仁带来有益的借鉴与参考。更多还原

【Abstract】 The teaching content of Pharmaceutical Management is complicated and effective, resulting in many difficulties in teaching. Building a multi-dimensional practical teaching method, creating a rich teaching situation, creating an experiential learning process, enhancing students’ learning initiative, so that students can perceive, apply and innovate in practice can strengthen teaching effectiveness, which is also the key to the teaching reform of Pharmaceutical Management. Starting from the three aspects of "solid construction of a practical curriculum system module, innovative reform of practical teaching multiple methods, and uniting various subjects to strengthen practical education", this paper builds a multidimensional practical teaching method of Pharmaceutical Management. Later, combined with questionnaire survey data statistics, it investigates and evaluates the application effect of multi-dimensional practical teaching of Pharmaceutical Management, so as to provide a useful reference for teachers and colleagues.更多还原
