【摘要】 <正>As the coronavirus disease 2019(COVID-19) pandemic enters its fifth year, a global decrease in the prevalence of COVID-19 has been observed. Epidemic waves of COVID-19 have occurred across most nations, each predominantly driven by a particular variant, without evident seasonal or regional patterns [1]. However, during winter and spring, when the transmission risk of respiratory pathogens is high, the potential co-circulation of COVID-19 and other respiratory diseases poses significant health risks, potentially straining healthcare systems. Owing to the high uncertainty and potential overloading of healthcare resources, the risk of‘‘twindemic” involving COVID-19 and influenza has received considerable attention. Diverse co-circulation patterns of COVID-19and influenza exist globally, with some countries experiencing alternate outbreaks while others encountering overlapping epidemics. The absence of a consistent co-circulation pattern has led to increased uncertainty and complicates efforts related to medical resource preparations.
