【摘要】 人们对图书馆的黏度正在降低，图书馆发展已出现了“结构问题”，解决“结构问题”对于图书馆的高质量发展至关重要。通过对图书馆发展现状问题及其成因的分析，提出了解决这些问题的策略。研究发现，当前图书馆发展中存在严重的“结构问题”。“结构问题”的产生源于数字阅读破坏了传统的安全框架、新安全框架中缺乏代表性服务、政府管理对图书馆的重视程度下降导致政策缺乏执行力、缺乏强有力的理论支撑以及图书馆“专业”角色的退场。重构纸质阅读文化、提升服务层次、活化政府管理、探索发展理论并回归专业路线等，是解决图书馆“结构问题”的重要举措。更多还原

【Abstract】 People’s attachment to libraries is decreasing, and“structural problems”have emerged in the development of libraries. Solving these“structural problems”is crucial for the high-quality development of libraries.Through the analysis of the current situation of library development and its causes, this paper puts forward some strategies to solve these problems. The study finds that there are serious“structural problems”in the current library development. The“structural problem”arises from the destruction of the traditional security framework by digital reading, the lack of representative services in the new security framework, the lack of policy implementation due to the decline of government management’s attention to libraries, the lack of strong theoretical support, and the withdrawal of the“professional”role of libraries. Reconstruction of paper reading culture, improvement of service level, activation of government management, exploration of development theory and return to professional route are important measures to solve the“structural problems”of libraries.更多还原
