环类零件单侧平面淬火变形的解决
The solution of single-side plane quenching deformation of ring parts
【摘要】 针对试验装载机环类垫片零件在工作过程中端面承受摩擦力较大、平面单侧淬火变形不易控制的难题，通过感应器设计和工艺调试，使零件变形得到有效控制。
【Abstract】 In view of the problems that the end face of ring gasket parts of test loaders bears much friction and the deformation of plane one-side quenching is difficult to control during the working process, through the design of inductor and process adjustment, the deformation of parts can be effectively controlled.
