海上风电用S460钢焊接性能研究

【摘要】 为了研究海上风电用钢的焊接接头性能,以S460钢为研究对象,采用焊接热模拟方法对其焊接热影响区粗晶区进行了热模拟,建立了连续冷却组织转变图,并对粗晶区不同热输入的热影响区组织与性能特征进行了研究。结果表明:S460钢对焊接热输入具有较好的适应性,焊接接头具有优良的综合性能,热影响区具有较低的淬硬性,可以满足大容量风电用高性能厚板大热输入焊接的技术要求。

【Abstract】 In order to study the welding joint performance of steel for offshore wind power, this work takes S460steel as the research object, and uses welding thermal simulation method to simulate the coarse grain zone in its welding heat affected zone. Continuous Cooling Transformation Diagram are established, and the microstructure and performance characteristics of the heat affected zone with different line energies in the coarse grain zone are studied. The research results indicate that S460 steel has good adaptability to welding wire energy, welding joints have excellent comprehensive performance, and the heat affected zone has low hardenability, which can meet the technical requirements of high-performance thick plate large wire energy welding for large capacity wind power.
