海上风电用S460钢的疲劳行为研究
Research on fatigue behavior of S460 steel for offshore wind power
【摘要】 为了分析不同控冷控轧(TMCP)工艺条件下的组织对S460海上风电用钢疲劳性能的影响,根据前期试验研究结果,选用综合力学性能最优的S460-14号样板和对比样板S460-11进行了疲劳性能测试,通过对S460钢的力学性能、断口形貌、EBSD观察和织构分析,揭示了海上风电用S460钢的疲劳行为机制。
【Abstract】 In order to analyze the effect of microstructure under different thermo-mechanical control processes(TMCP) on the fatigue performance of S460 offshore wind power steel,this work selected the S460-14 sample with the best comprehensive mechanical properties and the comparison sample S460-11 based on the previous experimental research results for fatigue performance testing. Through the mechanical properties,fracture morphology,EBSD observation,and texture analysis of S460 steel,the fatigue behavior mechanism of S460 steel for offshore wind power was revealed.
