R棒电感点胶组装机设计与研究
Design and Research on the Machine for Rod Inductor Dispensing and Assembling
【摘要】 新能源汽车的迅速发展使得市场对R棒电感的需求量激增。为解决目前R棒电感生产效率低下和组装精度低导致的线圈变形、磁棒断裂等问题,开发设计了一种R棒电感自动点胶组装专用设备。通过对产品工艺流程和企业当下生产方式的分析,结合模块化思想,确定了设备的系统功能流程,并基于产线实际需求提出了多套自动化解决方案。技术论证后,确定了最终方案为夹具固定位四工位同时进行组装的形式,并进行了核心模块的试验验证。试验表明,使用柔性装夹磁棒可解决组装时同心度偏差的问题。最终使用Solidworks对设备的关键机构进行建模,完成了设备的结构设计。交付后经长时间运行检验,与现生产方式相比,该设备可有效提升产品生产效率和质量,达到提高企业竞争力、降低成本的目的。
【Abstract】 The rapid development of new energy vehicles makes the market demand for rod inductors surge. In order to solve the problems of coil deformation and magnetic bar fracture caused by low production efficiency and assembly accuracy of rod inductors, a special device for automatic dispensing assembly of rod inductors is developed and designed. Through the analysis of product process flow and the current production mode of the enterprise, combined with the idea of modularization, the system function flow of the equipment is determined, and based on the actual needs of the production line, a number of automation solutions are proposed. Through the technical demonstration, the final scheme is determined to be the fixture fixed position four-station assembly form at the same time, and the core module is tested and verified.The test shows that the problem of concentricity deviation during assembly can be solved by using flexible clamping magnetic bar. Finally,Solidworks is used to model the key mechanism of the equipment and complete the structural design of the equipment. Through long-time operation inspection after delivery, compared with the current production mode, the equipment can effectively improve the production efficiency and quality of products, achieve the purpose of improving enterprise competitiveness and reducing costs.
