流态固化土的制备及其固化机理研究

【摘要】 流态固化土具有良好的流动性、贴合性及抗冲刷性,被广泛用于管道槽的回填、及海上桩基项目底部的固化等。流态固化土主要以黏质土材料为主,辅以固化剂和固化剂外加剂进行,文中通过正交试验得到流态固化土最优配比,并通过XRD和SEM等手段对流态固化土的固化机理进行探究。结果表明,当NT∶PA∶PO∶GW1∶GW2配比为400∶18∶42∶1∶1时,该配比既兼顾早期强度的发展,也为后期强度提供了有力支撑,且能保证该配比下的流态固化土良好流动性能。

【Abstract】 Based on the characteristics of good fluidity, adhesion and erosion resistance of fluid solidified soil, it is widely used in backfilling of pipeline groove and curing of the bottom of offshore pile foundation project. fluid solidified soil is mainly made of clays clay material, supplemented by curing agent and curing agent admixture. In this study, the optimal proportioning of fluid solidified soil is obtained through orthogonal test, and the curing mechanism of fluid solidified soil is explored by XRD and SEM. The results show that when the ratio of NT∶PA∶PO∶GW1∶GW2 is 400∶18∶42∶1∶1, the proportioning not only takes the development of the early strength into account, but also provides effective guarantee for the later strength, and can ensure the good mobility of the fluid solidified soil.
