双棘轮离合器二次结合冲击应力分析
Analysis on Impact Stress Calculation of Second Combination of the Dual Ratchet Clutch
【摘要】 单棘轮离合器空中二次结合时响应慢,碰撞冲击大,极易造成离合器损坏。因此,对一种双棘轮离合器进行研究,使其在满足强度要求下实现双速结合的功能,以提升棘轮离合器的泛用性。介绍了一种双棘轮离合器的结构及原理,建立了双棘轮离合器二次结合冲击模型及冲击应力的计算方法,并通过仿真分析的方法对比验证了模型的准确性;在此基础上,分析了双棘轮结构等参数对其性能的影响。研究结果可为双棘轮离合器的设计提供参考。
【Abstract】 The response exhibited by a solitary ratchet clutch tends to be languid when subjected to dual aeration, thereby resulting in a substantial impact that bears the potential to inflict damage upon the clutch mechanism. Consequently, a study was conducted on a dual ratchet clutch to achieve dual speed coupling while meeting strength requirements, enhancing the versatility of the ratchet clutch. The structure and principle of a dual ratchet clutch was introduced, a secondary coupling impact model and calculation method were established for impact stress of the dual ratchet clutch, and the accuracy of the model was compared and verified through the simulation analysis. On this basis, the influence of parameters such as the double ratchet structure on it was analyzed. The research results can provide reference for the design of dual ratchet clutches.
