考虑制造误差的摆线轮减速器转臂轴承承载分析

【摘要】 摆线轮减速器转臂轴承的承载性能和磨损状况与减速器的回转精度和寿命有密切关系。针对某150BX型摆线轮减速器轴承孔实际磨损状况,首先,建立转臂轴承的承载模型,明确了最大载荷及其方向的变化规律;然后,建立含制造误差的摆线轮和曲柄轴的运动模型,分析制造误差对转臂轴承运动过程中的干涉情况,获得了转臂轴承上最大干涉位置和误差选配方法。研究为摆线轮减速器转臂轴承的磨损计算和关键零部件的误差选配提供了依据。

【Abstract】 The bearing performance and wear condition of the turning arm bearing of cycloidal reducers are closely related to the rotary accuracy and life of reducers. Aiming at the actual wear condition of a 150BX type cycloidal reducer bearing hole, first of all, the bearing model of the turning arm bearing was established, and the change rules of the maximum load and its direction were established. Then the motion models of the cycloidal gear and crankshaft containing manufacturing errors were established, the interference of the manufacturing errors on the movement of the turning arm bearing was analyzed, and the maximum interference position on the turning arm bearing and the error selection method were obtained. The findings of this study provide a basis for the wear calculation of the turning arm bearing of the cycloidal reducer and the error selection of key components.
