基于罗丹明衍生物的次氯酸响应型荧光探针的构建及其性能研究
Construction and Performance Study of Hypochlorous Acid-Responsive Fluorescent Probes Based on Rhodamine Derivatives
【摘要】 以罗丹明B酰肼为基本骨架,设计合成了一种能够对次氯酸(HClO)进行特异性检测的小分子荧光探针(RBHD)。该探针本身呈现出丹磺酰胺的蓝绿色荧光,当HClO存在时,探针分子中的亚氨基被氧化,进一步水解释放出罗丹明B基团,体系荧光由蓝绿色变为橙红色,实现了对HClO的特异性检测。此外,该探针能够对HClO实现快速响应(响应时间10 s),表现出高灵敏度和优良的选择性,并且成功应用于环境水中HClO的检测。
【Abstract】 A small molecule fluorescent probe(RBHD) was designed and synthesized using rhodamine B hydrazide as the basic skeleton, which can specifically detect hypochlorous acid(HClO). The probe itself shows the blue-green fluorescence of dansulfonamide. The imine in the probe molecule is oxidized in the presence of HClO, and further hydrolysis releases the rhodamine B group. The fluorescence of the system is changed from blue-green to orange-red, which realizes the specific detection of HClO. In addition, the probe was able to achieve a rapid response to HClO(response time 10 s), showing high sensitivity and excellent selectivity, and was successfully applied to the detection of HClO in environmental water.
