【Abstract】 With the rapid development of higher education, the construction of college counselor team as the key force of ideological and political education of college students has been paid more and more attention. However, there are still many challenges in the construction of college counselor team, which seriously restrict the overall quality and professional level of the counselor team, and affect the effective performance of their education and management responsibilities.
