宜兴市丘陵山区生物灭螺效果评价及成本—效果分析

【摘要】 目的 了解宜兴市丘陵山区生物灭螺效果。方法 选择丘陵山区有螺环境开展现场试验,划分饲养鸡1只/50m~2组(1#组)、饲养鸡3只/50 m~2组(2#组)、饲养鸡鸭5只/50 m~2组(3#组)、药物灭螺组(4#组),比较饲养不同密度鸡鸭及50%氯硝柳胺乙醇胺盐可湿性粉剂喷洒灭螺后,活螺密度下降率和灭螺持久性,并进行成本—效果分析。结果 在4#组首轮施药后7、15、30 d后,1#、2#、3#饲养鸡鸭组活螺密度下降率随时间延长逐渐升高(r值分别为0.997、0.990、0.998,P值均<0.05),不同组间活螺密度下降率随养殖密度增大逐渐升高(r值分别为0.998、1.000、0.997,P值均<0.05);药物灭螺组(4#组)活螺密度下降率均>92%,且高于同期饲养鸡鸭组(1#、2#、3#组)。第二轮施药后15 d, 3#组活螺密度下降率(97.17%)接近施药组(97.36%)。2023年3月底,2#、3#组组饲养鸡鸭组活螺密度下降率(91.07%、96.23%)均高于同期药物灭螺组(90.87%)。4组单位面积活螺密度每下降1%的平均成本分别为0.014、0.008、0.007、0.023元/m~2;相对于药物灭螺组,2#组和3#组灭螺成本更小,相对于2#组,3#组成本更小。结论 宜兴市丘陵山区有螺环境饲养鸡鸭的生物灭螺方式具有适用性和可行性。

【Abstract】 Objective To investigate the effect of biological Oncomelania snail control in hilly regions of Yixing City. Methods A field study was performed in snail-infested settings in hilly regions, where four groups were assigned, including the chicken breeding at 1 chick/50 m~2 group(1# group),chicken breeding at 3 chicken/50 m~2 group(2# group),duck/chicken breeding at 5 duck/chicken per 50 m~2 group(3# group),and the chemical treatment group(4# group).The reduction in the density of living snails and duration of snail control were compared among groups following spraying of 50% wettable powder of niclosamide ethanolamine salt, and a cost-effectiveness analysis was performed. Results The reduction in the density of living snails gradually increased over time points in groups 1#(r=0.997,P<0.05),2#(r=0.990,P<0.05) and 3#(r=0.998,P<0.05) 7,15 and 30 days after the first-round of spraying of 50% wettable powder of niclosamide ethanolamine salt in Group 4#,and the reduction in the density of living snails gradually increased with the breeding density in groups 1#(r=0.998,P<0.05),2#(r=1.000,P<0.05) and 3#(r=0.997,P<0.05).The reductions were all > 92% in Group 4# after the first-round of spraying of 50% wettable powder of niclosamide ethanolamine salt, which was higher than in groups 1#,2# and 3#.The reduction in the density of living snails was comparable between groups 3#(97.17%) and 4#(97.36%) on day 15 after the second-round of spraying of 50% wettable powder of niclosamide ethanolamine salt.The reductions in the density of living snails were higher in groups 2#(91.07%) and 3#(96.23%) than in Group 4#(90.87%) until the end of March, 2023.The mean costs per 1% reduction in the density of living snails were 0.014,0.008,0.007,0.023 Yuan/m~2,and the costs were lower in groups 2# and 3# than in Group 4#,while the cost was much lower in Group 3# than in Group 2#. Conclusions The biological snail control with breeding chicken and ducks is feasible and practicable in snail-infested settings in hilly regions of Yixing City.
