【Abstract】 Data fabric is a kind of data architecture idea, which provides a unified method to manage heterogeneous data tool chains, and delivers trusted data from all relevant data sources to all relevant data consumers in a flexible and understandable way. This paper discusses the influence of data fabric on library data governance, analyzes the opportunities and challenges faced by libraries when applying data fabric, and puts forward suggestions. It is found that Data Fabric can help the library to realize the management of collection resources, improve the service quality for readers, support scientific research, build smart libraries and protect data security, and enhance the core competitiveness and social value of the library.
