基于推力矢量技术的盾构掘进姿态自适应控制方法研究

【摘要】 为解决盾构驾驶人员技术水平参差不齐造成隧道轴线施工质量波动的问题,提出一种基于推力矢量技术的盾构掘进姿态自适应控制方法,从整体逻辑架构设计、纠偏运动路径规划、姿态控制策略与方法 3个方面对本技术进行全面阐述,并通过在上海沪通铁路吴淞口越江隧道工程项目的示范应用,得出以下结论:1)由于推进油缸目标压力执行情况良好,盾构实际总推力与目标值之间保持较优的协同关系,盾构掘进速度整体稳定; 2)盾构总推力水平力矩目标值和实际值高度一致,受覆土厚度和地质条件变化影响,垂直力矩目标值略大于实际值,以保持高程方向上良好的姿态调整能力; 3)水平和高程2个方向上,盾构总推力作用点与盾构姿态表现出“冰糖葫芦型”显性交互特征,盾构姿态可纠、可控。

【Abstract】 A self-adaptive control method for the shield posture based on the thrust vector technology is proposed, in order to solve the problem of the fluctuations in the tunnel axis caused by the shield drivers. The control method is comprehensively elaborated from three aspects: the overall logic structure design, the rectifying movement path planning,and the shield posture control strategy and methods. The control method is applied in the construction of the Wusongkou river-crossing tunnel on Shanghai-Nantong railway, and conclusions drawn are as follows:(1) Due to the good execution of the target pressure of the propulsion cylinders, a good collaborating relationship between the target total thrust and the actual total thrust is observed, and the shield has a stable advancing speed.(2) The target horizontal moment of the total thrust and the actual horizontal moment of the total thrust are highly consistent; however, due to the influence of the overburden thickness and the geological conditions, the target vertical moment of the total thrust is slightly higher than the actual vertical moment of the total thrust so as to maintain good shield posture adjustment capability in the vertical direction.(3) The relationship between the acting point of the total thrust and the posture of the shield in the horizontal direction and in the vertical direction roughly takes a "sugar-coated haws"-shaped feature, the deviation of the shield posture can be rectified and the shield posture can be controlled.
