铝合金电缆及其在新能源领域的应用
Aluminum alloy cable and its application in the new energy field
【摘要】 铝合金电缆作为一种新型电缆,凭借其环保特性、经济性和卓越的性能,正在逐步取代传统的铜芯电缆和纯铝电缆,在新能源领域逐渐得到了广泛的应用。文章结合当前新能源相关领域的发展态势,阐述了发展铝合金电缆技术的必要性和重要意义,介绍了铝合金电缆的制备工艺流程和具体优势;从光伏发电技术、储能系统、电动汽车充电基础设施等3个领域综合分析了铝合金电缆的应用情况;在此基础上,对铝合金电缆应用的未来发展趋势进行了展望和总结。
【Abstract】 Aluminum alloy cable, as a new type of cable, is gradually replacing the traditional copper core cable and pure aluminum cable due to its excellent performance and economy. And it is gradually being widely applied in the new energy field. This paper first describes the necessity and significance of developing aluminum alloy cable technology by combining the current development trend of new energy-related fields. The preparation and specific advantages of aluminum alloy cables are described. Then, the application of aluminum alloy cable is comprehensively analyzed from three aspects: photovoltaic power generation system, energy storage system, and electric vehicle charging infrastructure. On this basis, the future development trend of aluminum alloy cable application is forecast and summarized.
