【摘要】 冰雪景观作为冬季自然景观与人文景观的特殊复合形态，正在逐步走进东北城乡居民的社会日常生活中，冰雪景观营造也日渐成为社区治理的一种手段。尝试在社区治理层面上，使用交叉学科的研究方法，将嵌入式治理、参与式设计、冰雪景观营造相结合，将城乡社区视为复杂系统进行研究，确立多元主体的多向联结关系，并基于嵌入式治理机制系统归纳出创造社区集体文化记忆以及促进社区空间创新的冰雪景观的构成及营造策略。然后，以哈尔滨市铁城社区为例，进行了设计案例实证研究。更多还原

【Abstract】 Ice and snow landscape, as a special composite form of winter natural landscape and humanistic landscape, is gradually coming into the social daily life of urban and rural residents in Northeast China, and the construction of ice and snow landscape is increasingly becoming a means of community governance.The article attempts to use cross-disciplinary research methods at the level of community governance, combining embedded governance, participatory design, and ice and snow landscape creation, to study urban and rural communities as complex systems, to establish the multi-directional linkage relationship of multiple subjects, and to systematically summarize the composition of ice and snow landscapes and their construction strategies based on the embedded governance mechanism to create the collective cultural memory of the community as well as to promote the spatial innovation of the community.
