师范生信息化教学能力提升模式研究

【摘要】 教育信息化是深化教育改革、提高教育质量的重要手段,而信息化教学能力是教师必须掌握的核心技能之一。研究以职前教师(师范生)为研究对象,以师范生信息化教学能力标准为依据,采用文献研究、理论演绎、准实验研究方法,以师范生的学生和准教师双重角色为联结点,采取双线融合的教学模式,构建了师范生信息化教学能力提升模式理论模型,并通过教学实践检验该模式的绩效。研究发现,师范生信息化教学能力在信息素养、技术支持的学和教三个维度具有较好的提升。

【Abstract】 Educational informatization is the important means to deepen education reform and improve its quality, and the information teaching ability is one of the core skills that teachers must master. In this paper, by taking the pre-service teachers(normal students) as the research objects and adopting the standard of information teaching ability of normal students, by using the research methods of literature research, theoretical deduction and quasi-experimental research, and by taking the dual roles of normal students and prospective teachers as the connection point and adopting the double line integration teaching model, the theoretical model of the information teaching ability improvement mode of normal students is constructed and the performance of the model was tested through teaching practice. It is found that the information teaching ability of normal students has a good development and promotion in the three dimensions of information literacy, learning and teaching supported by technology.
