考虑柔性负荷与阶梯碳交易机制的综合能源优化调度
Comprehensive Energy Optimization Scheduling Considering Flexible Loads and Stepped Carbon Trading Mechanisms
【摘要】 为了推进综合能源系统的绿色低碳转型,提出了考虑柔性负荷与阶梯碳交易机制的综合能源优化调度策略。在系统运行成本方面,将需求侧负荷分为基础负荷与柔性负荷两部分,并且引入了需求响应优化系统运行;在低碳层面,建立了阶梯碳交易模型对系统碳排放进行了约束,并在建模基础上,提出了以运行总成本与碳交易成本之和最低为目标函数的优化调度策略。对建立的模型线性化后通过CPLEX求解,通过构建4个不同场景对比分析,验证了所提策略的有效性。
【Abstract】 In order to promote the green and low-carbon transformation of the comprehensive energy system, a comprehensive energy optimal scheduling strategy considering flexible load and stepped carbon trading mechanism is proposed. Firstly, in terms of system operation cost, the demand side load is divided into two parts: base load and flexible load, and the demand response optimization system operation is introduced. Secondly, at the low-carbon level, a stepped carbon trading model is established to constrain the carbon emissions of the system.Finally, based on the modeling, an optimal scheduling strategy with the lowest sum of total operating cost and carbon trading cost as the objective function is proposed. The established model is linearized and solved by CPLEX, and the effectiveness of the proposed strategy is verified by constructing four different scenarios for comparative analysis.
