【摘要】 科技奖励是我国激励自主创新、激发人才活力的一项重要制度；科技奖励政策是激发科研人员开展创新的重要因素。文章聚焦科技奖励政策激励对科技创新的影响，展开量化研究。基于对我国科技奖励政策研究的文献，编制量表，发放问卷对503名科研人员和科技工作者展开问卷调查。研究通过结构方程，发现政策激励感知经由申报意愿对创新行为意图的正向影响。相关研究揭示了政策激励感知对科研创新的积极影响，为优化科技奖励政策顶层设计提供启示。更多还原

【Abstract】 Technology awards is an important system in China to incentivize independent innovation and stimulate talent vitality. Technology award policies are important factors in stimulating research personnel to engage in innovative activities.This article focuses on the impact of technology award policies incentives on research innovation and conducts quantitative research. Based on the literature of China’s technology award policies, a questionnaire is developed and distributed to 503researchers and technology workers for a survey. Using structural equation modeling(SEM), the study finds that the perception of policy incentives has a positive impact on the intention for innovative behavior through the willingness to apply. Related research reveals the positive influence of perceived policy incentives on scientific research and innovation, providing insights for optimizing the top-level design of scientific and technological reward policies.更多还原
