【Abstract】 The quality of higher education is the foundation for the survival of universities, and serving local economic development is a prerequisite for universities to gain sustained support from local governments, and cultivating talents that meet the needs of local economic and social development is the channel for universities to achieve self-development. The close integration of higher education disciplines and majors with economic and social development helps to fulfill the function of higher education in serving society, and it is beneficial for colleges and universities to carry out teaching and research innovation around talent cultivation.
