【摘要】 火灾事故频发既给我国火灾防控带来了巨大挑战，也对我国火灾防控管理法治化提出了更高的要求。针对我国消防部门改革转隶后职业化发展建设仍存在着消防法律体例架构不完备、法律保障机制不健全、法律责任不完善等问题，根据“十四五”消防规划的总体布局要求，通过合理构建消防法律体例布局、健全消防法律内容、完善消防法律责任，推进消防体制职业化改革，构建完善的职业化消防法规体系。更多还原

【Abstract】 The frequent occurrence of fire accidents not only poses great challenges to fire prevention and control management in China, but also puts forward higher requirements for the legalization of fire government in China.In response to the problems of incomplete legal framework for fire protection, imperfect legal protection mechanism and inadequate legal liability in the professionalization development and construction of China’s fire protection department after its reform and transfer, in accordance with the overall layout requirements of the 14th Five-Year Plan for fire protection, we will promote the professionalization reform of fire protection by reasonably planning the legal framework for fire protection, improving the content of fire protection laws, and improving the legal responsibilities of fire protection, to build a comprehensive professional fire safety regulatory system.更多还原
