师资发展过程中教师的终身学习和启示

【摘要】 一流教育需要一流的教师,而教师需要持续培养。传统师资培养模式在一定程度上促进了教师发展,但对教师发展也存在诸多限制。通过引入终身学习理念,可为教师发展注入活力,实现教师的可持续发展。基于此,本文分析传统师资培养模式与内涵,探讨引入终身学习理念的必要性,结合实际探讨师资发展过程中教师如何实现终身学习,达成教师自身的学习和成长。希望通过论述,为类似研究提供借鉴。

【Abstract】 First class education requires first-class teachers, and teachers need continuous training. The traditional teacher training model promotes teacher development to a certain extent, but there are also many limitations on teacher development. By introducing the concept of lifelong learning, we can inject vitality into the development of teachers and achieve their sustainable development. Based on this, the article analyzes the traditional mode and connotation of teacher training, explores the necessity of introducing the concept of lifelong learning, and combines with reality to explore how teachers can achieve lifelong learning and achieve their own learning and growth in the process of teacher development. I hope that the discussion in the article can provide reference for similar research.
