【Abstract】 With the changes of The Times and the progress of society, the traditional mode of talent training has been unable to meet the requirements of emerging industries. In order to deepen the professional connotation and strengthen the characteristics of talent training, colleges and universities need to build an efficient talent training system to train applied engineering technology and management talents with the professional theory, humanistic quality, scientific spirit and engineering practice ability of metal materials engineering.
