“非升即走”制度下高校青年教师评价体系构建
The construction of evaluation index system for young teachers in colleges and universities under the system of “promotion or departure”
【摘要】 近年来,我国大部分高校实施了“非升即走”制度,这种制度要求青年教师在一定的期限内达到特定的职称或职位晋升要求,否则将不得不离开现有岗位。“非升即走”制度推动着我国青年教师的职业发展,同时也带来了一系列的挑战和压力。高校和教师需要找到平衡,以确保既能激励教师的职业发展,又能维持高质量的教学和研究。为了更好地促进高校教学和科研水平的提升,建立科学合理的评价指标体系显得尤为重要。本文围绕“非升即走”制度,探讨高校青年教师面临的窘境,在当前环境下构建一种青年教师评价指标体系,以保障教师权益,促进高校良性发展。
【Abstract】 In recent years, most colleges and universities in China have implemented the “promotion or departure” system, which requires young teachers to meet specific requirements for promotion within a certain period of time, or else they will have to leave their current positions. While the “promotion-or-go” system promotes the career development of young teachers, it also brings a series of challenges and pressures. Universities and teachers need to find a balance between boosting career development and maintaining high quality teaching and research. In order to better promote the improvement of teaching and research in colleges and universities, it is particularly important to establish a scientific and reasonable evaluation index system. The whole paper focuses on the “promotion or departure” system, discusses the dilemma faced by young teachers in colleges and universities,and builds an evaluation index system for young teachers under the current environment, so as to protect the rights and interests of teachers and promote the benign development of colleges and universities.
