【摘要】 在经济高质量发展阶段，我国要加快科技金融、绿色金融、普惠金融、养老金融和数字金融发展，为建设金融强国的宏伟目标发力。文章依托经济高质量发展的内涵，从创新、协调、绿色、开放和共享五大维度构建综合指标，采用多时点双重差分模型评估科技金融政策支持经济高质量发展的动能并论证其传导机制。研究发现，科技金融政策能够促进经济高质量发展，且该边际效应在东部地区、大城市更强，说明科技要素和金融支持是政策有效实施的前提条件。机制分析结果表明，科技金融政策通过提升地区金融资源配置效率与创新产出水平，推动了经济高质量发展。文章提出了拓展科技金融政策的空间实施范围、覆盖的行业广度等政策建议，以赋能我国经济高质量发展。更多还原

【Abstract】 In the stage of high-quality economic development,China needs to accelerate the development of technology finance,green finance,inclusive finance,pension finance,and digital finance,in order to advance the grand goal of building a strong financial nation.This paper focuses on technology finance policies,which have been the subject of long-term attention,and explores their role in supporting high-quality economic development.Drawing on the concept of high-quality economic development,this study constructs a composite index based on five dimensions:innovation,coordination,greenness,openness,and shared development.A multi-period difference-in-differences model is employed to assess the impact of technology finance policies on economic growth,and the transmission mechanisms are analyzed.The research finds that pilot policies in technology finance effectively promote high-quality economic development,with the marginal effects being stronger in eastern regions and larger cities,indicating that technological factors and financial support are prerequisites for successful policy implementation.Mechanism analysis reveals that technology finance policies enhance the efficiency of regional financial resource allocation and innovation output,thus driving highquality economic development.Based on these findings,the paper proposes policy recommendations,including expanding both the geographical scope for implementing technology finance policies and their coverage of industries in order to empower China’ s high-quality economic development.更多还原
