【Abstract】 Metabolic Syndrome(MS) is a complex disorder involving multiple metabolic abnormalities, often associated with insulin resistance, chronic inflammation, and increased cardiovascular risk. Cardiopulmonary Exercise Testing(CPET), as a tool for comprehensive evaluation of cardiopulmonary function, plays a crucial role in assessing the exercise capacity of MS patients, identifying potential factors of exercise intolerance, and in the personalized development of exercise prescriptions.
