【摘要】 目的 探讨基于微信平台互联网+预康复在甲状腺癌患者转型期的应用。方法 便利抽取2022年12月—2023年4月在安徽某市某三级甲等医院甲乳外科住院的88例甲状腺癌患者作为研究对象。采用随机抽签法分为观察组44例和对照组44例，在甲状腺癌患者首次入院直至出院居家的转型过渡期8周内，观察组在常规护理基础上应用微信平台互联网+预康复方案，对照组予常规护理。于出院日及术后4周，采用肩关节功能评价量表和TSH值比较两组患者的肩关节功能和TSH水平；同时于术后4周、8周，采用癌症歧视感量表和甲状腺癌生命质量量表评估两组患者的歧视感及生命质量。结果 脱落3例，最终观察组43例、对照组42例完成研究。两组患者不同时间点的肩关节功能、TSH水平、歧视感和生命质量均有统计学意义(p<0.05)。结论 基于微信平台互联网+预康复在甲状腺癌患者转型过渡期的应用有助于改善患者术后肩关节功能，降低患者TSH水平，缓解其疾病歧视感同时提高生命质量，值得临床应用。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective To explore the application of Internet+pre-rehabilitation based on WeChat platform in the transition period of thyroid cancer patients.Method To facilitate the extraction of 88 thyroid cancer patients who were admitted to the thyroid and breast surgery department of a tertiary-level A hospital in a city in Anhui from December 2022 to April 2023 as study subjects.Using the random draw method they were divided into 44 cases in the observation group and 44 cases in the control group.During the transition period of 8 weeks from the first admission of thyroid cancer patients to the discharge home the observation group applied the WeChat platform Internet+ prehabilitation programme on the basis of routine care and the control group was given routine care.On the discharge day and 4 weeks after surgery the shoulder joint function evaluation scale and TSH value were used to compare the shoulder joint function and TSH level of the two groups of patients; at the same time at 4 and 8 weeks after surgery the Cancer Sense of Discrimination Scale and the Thyroid Cancer Quality of Life Scale were used to assess the sense of discrimination and the quality of life of the two groups of patients.Result There were 3 cases of detachment and finally 43 cases in the observation group and 42 cases in the control group completed this study.Shoulder function TSH leveldiscrimination and quality of life of patients in both groups at different time points were statistically significant(p<0.05).Conclusion The application of internet+ pre-rehabilitation based on WeChat platform in the transition period of thyroid cancer patients can help to improve the patients? postoperative shoulder joint function reduce the patients’ TSH level and alleviate their sense of disease discrimination as well as improve the quality of life which is worthy of clinical application.更多还原
