【摘要】 为了测度我国各地区人口质量与制造业高质量发展过程中的协调适配状况，构建“适配基础-适配过程-适配绩效”的评价指标体系，采用改进的CRITIC-TOPSIS法，量化测度我国30个省市人口质量与制造业高质量发展的协调适配度。测度结果表明，当前我国总体协调适配度水平不高，且存在明显的区域差异。通过分维度分析可知，制约当前制造业高质量发展的主要因素是我国的人口基础与制造业基础水平不高，是未来亟须提高的重点。更多还原

【Abstract】 In order to measure the coordination and adaptation of population quality and manufacturing industry in China. We construct an evaluation index system of “adaptation basis — adaptation process — adaptation performance”and adopt the improved CRITIC-TOPSIS method to quantitatively measure the coordinated adaptation degree of population quality and manufacturing quality development in 30provinces and cities in China. The results show that the overall level of coordination and adaptation is not high in China, and there are obvious regional differences, and the analysis of sub-dimensions shows that the main factor restricting the development of high quality manufacturing industry is the weak level of China’s population base and manufacturing base, which is the urgent direction to improve in the future.更多还原
