【摘要】 肝门部胆管癌（PHC）是一种常见的胆道恶性肿瘤，外科手术是其最有效的治疗方式，但手术切除后其预后效果不理想。近年来，PHC的外科治疗有了一些新的进展，本文对现有文献进行了回顾，综述了术前减黄、肝增生技术、肝切除术、肝移植术和微创手术等治疗方式在PHC中的治疗现状，并对其未来的研究方向进行了展望。更多还原

【Abstract】 Perihilar cholangiocarcinoma(PHC) is a common malignancy of biliary tract, for which surgery is the most effective treatment. However,its prognosis is not satisfactory even after surgical resection. In recent years,there have been some new advances in the surgical treatment of PHC. In this paper,we reviewed the existing literatures,demonstrated the current situation of preoperative biliary drainage,liver hyperplasia,hepatic resection,liver transplantation and minimally invasive surgery in the treatment of PHC,and prospected the future research direction.更多还原
